Iphone 4 Keeps Freezing While Texting On Facebook?

Why does my iphone 4 keep freezing while texting on facebook I have no apps running I don t have that much of apps downloaded at all only fb vine instagram and 2 games none of them are running only facebook and it still freezes help me out :/
